心道法師期許世界是和平的，社會是和諧的，提醒唯有通透明朗的智慧，才會有無盡的愛心，有了愛心才可以達到和平。只要大家升起這種和平的智慧，就會想要將道德推動到國家社會。兔年大家會有智慧，內心也會生起和平的理念，就會想要以道德的活水灌溉社會國家，希望和平跟道德就是今年發生的事情。

因此，在兔年的時候，大家的智慧就能透脫出和平與太平的想法，就希望用道德貫徹到我們的日常生活，推動到每一個角落，從個人、家庭到社會與國家，心心念念用道德做和平的事情，來達到兔年的和諧太平、道德實踐。如此，道德就能夠充滿乾坤天地，因此，大家對太平會有期待、對和平有想法，並用道德來讓人心與社會國家安定。

我們常常要產出沒有仇恨，以愛心作為我們對萬物的一種慈悲，多元共生，相依共存，互濟共存，也就是互依互濟的一個共存。常常要看到萬物是同根同源，彼此都用靈性的愛，灌溉世間萬物，讓他們能夠得到溫暖、得到滋養，得到這個生命的一種喜悅。

德要能夠充塞天地，德能服人，就會太平。讓我們的智慧常常生起，透脫出愛，沒有仇恨、沒有對立，萬物為本，讓這個世界常常能夠和諧，互濟共生。德就是「尊重每一個存在的價值」、「包容存在的空間」、「共同呈現成果分享的世界」。博愛就是德貫乾坤的展現。

With wisdom in the pursuit of Peace, Virtues permeate the whole Universe.
Master Hsin Tao looks forward to seeing a world in peace and a society in harmony, which he reminds us that only can be achieved with limitless compassion born out of crystal-clear wisdom. As long as there arises from within us such wisdom of peace, what automatically follows is the desire for virtues to permeate our society and country. The Year of the Rabbit is hopeful of ushering in wisdom to trigger the longing for peace to nurture our community and nation with the nutrient of virtue. Let us hope that peace and virtue will mark 2023’s major happenings and milestones.

Therefore, the Year of the Rabbit will reflect people’s wisdom in desiring peace of mind individually and world peace collectively. It follows, then, that virtue will run through our daily life like a red line for a driving force on levels both personal and nationwide. When it becomes a widespread phenomenon that matters of peace get done on the basis of virtue, the promise of the Year of the Rabbit will be fulfilled and virtue materialized to permeate the whole universe. On that note, it becomes clear that people wish for a peaceful life and peace in the world can be expected when virtue warrants social harmony and national stability.

The Master urges that we always bring forth a certain type of compassion that is hate-free and made entirely of love and care, that is capable of a diversified symbiosis, an interdependent co-existence, and an inter-reliant common good. Put succinctly, an interconnected co-existence that perpetuates to be mutually complementary. Furthermore, we should perceive all beings and life forms as having one single origin and stemming from one common root, and all sentient beings nurture one another with spiritual compassion for warmth and nutrition leading to the enjoyment of life.

Virtue is capable of permeating the universe and winning the trust and confidence of people to bring about peace. Let there always be wisdom born out of compassion to resolve hatred and conflicts and regentrify the notion that we all come from the same origin. The realization helps to secure long-staying peace and a functioning inter-reliant co-existence. Virtue can further embody the messages that ‘respecting the value of every existent being’, that ‘accommodating the existence of one another’, and that ‘demonstrating a world of sharing’. In sum, altruistic love and compassion are manifestations that virtue can indeed fulfill the universe to its entirety.
