Earth Day event invitation

Screening and Concert @ Friday April 23, 7pm EST

Co-hosted by Here on Earth, The Hyde Park Suzuki Institute, and Together in Harmony, we want to dedicate these music and ocean themed films to the frontline workers, elderly at nursing homes, and communities impacted by Covid-19. Through an evening of performance, film screening, and conversation between young artists and their audience, we want to share our collective vision for a better future.

Join a community of teen filmmakers to honor our planet on International Earth Day! These young artists span the globe from New York to London to Taiwan. Spending the last six months investigating the theme of ocean waters through filmmaking. These films demonstrate the power of art during these uncertain times. Students, teaching artists and guest panelists will come together : to share their voices, their connection with the ocean, and discuss creativity and advocacy.
